Hello!!
Well if you didn't alreadyknow, now you do - Johannes and I are expecting our first!
We are very exited, Im finaly over the morning sickness,
thought it would go on for forever...

Im 16 weeks now, and my bump has started to form.
Im getting over that "fat look" and finaly starting to look pregnant!
Pilates is still still my No.1 exercise routine, thank goodness Im allowed to keep that up;
just think, from exercising on a ball to eventually looking like one! (he-he)

Thanks for your prayers and support during our first trimester,
now the wait begins, we do want to find out if its gonna be a lass or lad and will let everyone know! Any thoughs as to what it might be??

Christmas Eve!

This Christmas we went to Moyo, for our Christmas eve dinner. Its a resturant at the 'Spier Wine Farm.' Its a true experience of Africa at its best, really amazing! Its an open air resturant with individual tented tables, for privacy and a big tented area for groups etc. We booked our table in a tree house. It was such fun. The kids loved it. When you arrive they wash your hands and paint your face with small white dots (traditional tribal face paint). Its an all night buffet, eat as much as you like for as long as you like. During the night, you are entertained with traditional dancing and singing. You are serenaded with groups of singers who come to your table and meet you personally and allow you to join in with the music by handing you musical instruments made from a treated dried fruit and dug out pumpkins with strings and beads. Never a dull moment!

Our group consisted of, My parents, my sister Natalie and Her Husband Ozzy, Ethan and Chad. Ozzy's Mom Louise and his sister Cherise with ther family, Kelly, Zoe and Wyatt.

If you ever come to Cape Town 'this is the place to be!'
Hope to have the opportunity to take you all there one day!
